What is this grass?

Bentgrass: High maintenance grass that creeps into local lawns. This type of grass is sensitive to environmental conditions and easily burns out in full sun due to shallow roots. It requires more water and care than our typical cool season grasses to stay green. We recommend trying to live with it, if it is profuse attempting to mow shorter and applying more water.
